pcre-dev.tcz depends on pcre-dev.tcz instead of pcre.tcz

pcre-dev.tcz has no .dep file in either the 3.x or 4.x repo, so what you are seeing in appbrowser is normal for an extension that has no dep file.

You are right. The issue is the lack of the pcre.dep dependency for pcre-dev.tcz
