HI, I've been using Tiny Core from the cd for a while. I love experimenting with the countless applications available. However there some I really miss.
I saw totem but it doesn't work. I'd rather use the Vlc-plugin but it's missing. I don't really want to use Xine's plugin because I won't be able to stream some video that requires the divx web player. To my knowledge few solutions exist that emulate the Divx web player.
I'm not sure if Gecko-mediaplayer works outside gnome-mplayer either.
Another interesting bug I find is that when trying to stream videos on blip.tv, xine won't have sound.
I know it isn't much but that's what rather annoys me.
It would also be nice if there was a way to save your settings via the cd and not lose them at shutdown.

Hi Linuxis
You could save your settings to a USB thumb drive. Alternatively, if your machine can boot from
USB, you could install Tinycore to a thumb drive.
