Title: Xfce Theme Dowload
Post by: bfnsga on September 05, 2011, 10:51:10 PM
I currently have the latest version of Xfce on tinycore, and I would like to download a specific theme...however, I have no idea how to implement said theme. So far from my searching I have determined that in Ubuntu, the theme simply needs to be placed in usr/share/themes. Is it the same for tinycore, or is there a different way to go about doing it? Thanks, bfnsga

There are no /usr/share/themes in TC It is worth to see how themes are organized, like gnome-icon-theme:

You can find other themes in repository, use search.

You can download and implement them, where implementation means adjusting to TC :)

This was link to list of files inside of the theme extensions. Studying it you can learn where different theme elements are stored under TC. Following it you can install 'alien' themes.
