Title: curl dependency (TC4.0)

In TC4 repo curl depends on openssl-0.9.8 while in the TC3 repu it is removed and curl built with static openssl 1. Why are they different?

They're the same.  It was a stale tree file that didn't get rebuilt, perhaps since curl.tcz no longer has a dep file.
