Are these folders deprecated?

They don't appear to function for me, but I could be doing it all wrong :)

Current version is generating WBAR items based on freedesktop.org menu items (.desktop fles) in /usr/local/applications

.desktop files specify icon path also.

tce.menu has been deprecated since the freedesktop standard was adopted.
tce.icons is the dynamic icon file for wbar generated from freedesktop item. It is not used if booting with "noicons"
