Title: /usr/lib/pkgconfig/zlib.pc missing from base-dev.tcz

/usr/lib/pkgconfig/zlib.pc is listed by AppBrowser as part of the extension but in fact it is not there.

I'm not sure how/why zlib.pc went AWOL, but base-dev reposted.
