vmware player on tinycore

I want to know the following:
1.how to make a 64 bit tinycore iso
2. how to install vmware player
3. does tinycore have multicore support and can i dedicate multiple cores to vms in vmware player?

My intended setup is decent and i would think tinycore will work but if not ill use a different OS for this.
AMD Phenom II x6 1090T BE
ECS A80GXM-A v2.0
8 GB DDR3 1333
Older drives, STAT2 WD 250GB HDD,some old SATA dvd burner.
integrated graphics and some old crt monitors unless i go buy a flat screen.

I plan on running VMs in vmware player on top of a tinycore (much more convenient than a multiboot configuration) and of course I would need a 64 bit tinycore to use all 8GB of RAM. I have been trying to make a 64 bit tinycore and install vmware but haven't succeeded on either task. Ive been at it for a while now and decided to ask for help, would be grateful for any help received.

I am having trouble figuring most of this stuff out being primarily a windows user but windows just uses to much ram, HDD space, processing power, etc. to do this with a tolerable performance drop.

I don't think I forgot anything and would be grateful for any help given.

there is no tinycore64.gz only microcore currently has a microcore64.gz. I was able to get a 64bit microcore running but I need a gui. If someone could tell me how to get a gui in microcore x64 than my first question will be solved, leaving two more. thanks anyway.

You need to replace the bzImage file in Tinycore with the bzImage64 file.
