Suggestion: rename 'dosfstools-3.tcz'

I'd like to suggest to remove the version information from this extensions name (i.e. make it 'dosfstools.tcz').

I find it not necessary and could be confusing as the warning messages from '/usr/bin/tc-install' and '/usr/bin/tc-install.sh' are referring to the "dosfstools extension" (and not the "dosfstools-3 extension"). Whilst it does not require a rocket scientist to make the connection it could still irritate some users.

As far as I can tell the extension is not referenced in any .dep file and it only seems to appear in two .info file (i.e. 'dosfstools-3.tcz.info' and 'gparted.tcz.info'), so this change should be pretty "painless".
