Personal TCL ISO does not always boot???

I have a modified version of TCL that is created as an ISO.  I use MagicISO in order to burn it to a CD.  However, I have noticed that it will not boot everytime it is put into the computer.  I've tried different types of PC's, but some will boot the first time, others take 3-5 or more reboots to get it to boot.

Is there something that I missed during the ISO creation process?  Is there another ISO burning software I should use?
