At the very minimum you'll need to have the 'compiletc.tcz' (meta-)extension installed (e.g. via
tce-load -wi compiletc) and then the "usual" steps (e.g. "./configure && make") should work. You either have to know or figure it out e.g. from "complaints" of running './configure' which "-dev" extensions (and library extensions) you'll need to successfully compile you application, but that IMHO is again another "usual" step.
