Bootable CD from FLASH USB ?

Hello ,

         Can i create bootable CD from FLASH drive. I have TinyCoreLinux in FLASH drive and worked on that and made some changes to it like background & wallpaper .. Now then i got backup from it at time of backup.

Now i want to create bootable CD so that i can have my changes to CD because i can't able to take back to my cd.

Is there any way or any software to do this
