Using libburn

Does libburn(cdrskin) use the same command as cdrecord to burn iso to cd:
cdrecord (cdrskin) -v speed=4 dev=1,0,0 (dev=/dev/hdc) -dao -data xxx.iso.
In parenthesis are new terms?

IIRC, when I had used libburn last - it is some time - it has all the help really needed builtin.
Only used it to blank and burning iso, but worked like a charm.
