i don't know, but it would be an honor to slip robert a $20.

You might have noticed that we have no Google Ads here.
We don't even have anything setup to accept donations.

We are all volunteering our time and talent to the cause.

While I appreciate the offer, I would rather see the "contribution" be helping others enjoy TC, wether it is showing friends and colleagues, helping post in the forums, writing a howto, or helping others in irc.

Sharing knowledge is the best contribution I could ask for.

it would be so cool if everyone could retire and then people just did what they cared about most. at first there would be a shortage of sanitation workers, but there would be more innovation in the tech world, there would be plenty of scientists (and better teachers,) and sanitation workers would have better equipment and be raised in social status to heroes like doctors and rescue workers. (e.r. would show on t.v. after "d.p.w.") the net would be a giant library, instead of an ever growing t.v. commercial.
