That depends on how many features you need. Midori is actually larger than most other browsers because of it's dependencies. Firefox, Opera, and Chrome are good browsers for normal usage, they each take 20-30 MB, including their respective deps. If you want the bare necessities, then dillo might be good for you. (0.95 MB, has no deps, according to the repository) Another option is chimera2 (256KB, also no deps).
Like I said, just the bare necessities. If you use them, you'll probably have to give up Flash, JS, CSS, and everything else besides static text and images. You may also want to check out
FLOW; you'd have to contact the author to download the extension, but it's a supposed 19KB.
