PPTP Client: connecting to MS VPN servers
« on: December 13, 2010, 12:53:07 PM »
Hi there,

I wish someone could make an extension for PPTP [1]. PPTP is a VPN client for MS VPN servers, if not the only one.

Thanks a lot!

Can OpenVPN connect to a Windows VPN server? I have to connect to a Windows VPN server and I won't be able to advise the administrator to switch to other server types.

OpenVPN does not support the PPTP protocol. I built a PPTP extension, but I don't have the means to test it.

Hi Daniel,

Can you send me the extension? I can test it on Sunday and give you the feedback. My email is xianwen.chen@gmail.com.

Thanks in advance!

Hi ossm1db. I know passed years, but do you have this extension? If do you have, can you send me? rafaelrmrr@yahoo.com.br.

I will test it now, and return a position to you, ok?

Thanks a lot.

That was a much older version of Tiny Core. I do not have the extension building environment that I used to have, nor do I have the time to build an extension unfortunately.

I wouldn't post my email in public because it invites spam and whatnot.
Download a copy and keep it handy: Core book ;)
