Change in Highlighting of Dependecy Size

In TC3.3 AppBrowser-->Size   no longer highlights any lines to indicate they need to be installed.  The highlighting was particularly helpful in 3.1 as it drew attention to the requirement in a more immediate fashion than the use of the "+" symbol alone.

It is not obvious that it was dropped in either release announcement for 3.2 or 3.3.
