question/suggestion re OnDemand directories
« on: November 05, 2010, 05:52:13 PM »
I am wondering whether it is worth merging /ondemand and /ondemand.icon.

Lately, these two folders have seen increasing use with me by dropping scripts and matching icons in there and having them apear automagically in wbar and the right-click menu.

Now, with the new wbarconf, more and more functionality also allows those extra ones to be zapped should they become redundant. (As I said, with each release more of my own tweaks have become redundant. :) ) wbarconf logically can also occupy a spot in cpanel.

Anyway long story short, it would be nice if these two folders could be merged, just makes matching icon and script names and managing slightly easier.

Thanks again for implementing these very nice functionalities!

So the suggestions are:

* merge ondemand folders
* add wbarconf to cpanel

Done and Done. FYI: Affected all  supported window manager.
fluxbox, hackedbox, icewm, jwm,jwm-snapshot, and openbox have been updated in the repository.
Only change was to ignore the icon files mixed in with ondemand scripts. Updates will be required for v3.3rc3 coming soon.
