tinycore boot if a key is pressed?
« on: October 26, 2010, 06:41:24 AM »
Hello,
say I have two OS in the same machine (on hard disk) that I choose between at boot by menu. One is tinycore.
Is it possible to boot one by default but just if  no key is pressed? While if a special key (shift, ctrl, F1,etc) is pressed then the other boots?
Thanks

grub and other bootloaders will allow you to set a default and you could set the time out for the default to zero, but you would need to use the arrow keys and <enter> to boot the other os
