Go to the download page and choose: Linux (self extracting file)

Then follow the Instructions.

Tip: I do the following to install without user intervention:

sed 's/^more/cat/' < jdk-6*-linux-i586.bin > jdk.bin
yes yes|jdk.bin -noregister

Theres a guide here http://forum.tinycorelinux.net/index.php?topic=7397.0 which covers the full install of Sun Java JDK (jre is part of it) if you follow this you should get a it all running pretty quickly.
It is for the JDK which I prefer to use and it covers everything including browser plugin symlinks.

Just noticed its probably in the wrong section as its not actually a tce extension but there you go!
