"Failed to connect to wpa_ctrl_open: No such file or directory"
« on: September 02, 2010, 08:16:57 PM »
I'm getting "Failed to connect to wpa_ctrl_open: No such file or directory" on stdout when I try to connect with wicd network manager.  Any clues?

Everything is up to date (/boot, wicd, etc...)

let me further clear this up by saying that I see all the local networks, I go to connect to mine, it goes all the way to gettng an IP but says it didn't connect and the "failed to connect..." was the only thing that looked like an error.  It has to be a missing file and/or dependency in the extension, right?
