lxpanel missing dependency
« on: August 12, 2010, 04:16:16 AM »
lxpanel complains that it cannot find libmenu-cache.so.1 and will not load. The deps only list GTK2.

Aha! It's the menu-cache.tcz package. Works fine now.

I noticed that the TinyCore 3.x repo also fails to list this dep for lxpanel.

Well, it was not expected to use lxpanel out of LXDE environment  :)

Ah, that makes sense. But actually, I know a lot of people who use OpenBox & LXPanel together without the rest of LXDE. I was just copying them, so I forgot about the whole LXDE suite. :P
