alsa and alsa_modules

[Juanito]

The alsa.tcel and alsa_modules.tcem extensions have been updated to add alsa modules that were not compiled in earlier versions - isa, oss, pcmcia, etc. In addition, the alsa-oss modules will now be loaded by "alsaconf" to allow for compatibility with extensions like xmms.
