mutt and abook

I'm pretty new to tc, I'm wondering why mutt is offered but abook extension isn't. Is/can anyone work on this? Or is there an alternative to abook?

Pretty much pb and jelly imho

MUTT was requested by a community member, this is whay extension was created. Abook wasn't.
