keyboard support ( Turkish ) for Rdesktop
« on: June 18, 2010, 10:39:58 AM »
Hi,

I saw Tiny Core Linux today , very excited !!!
I have been using Puppylinux for a long time but this baby rocks.

I could not find how to enable Turkish keyboard mapping...

Which packages I should install extra? It is not important to display characters locally, all I need is to use Turkish Q keyboard over rdesktop when connecting to and using XP...

Cheers,
Burak

http://tinycorelinux.com/faq.html#keyboard

kmaps.tcz, and the keymap is likely one of tralt, tr_q-latin5, trq.
The only barriers that can stop you are the ones you create yourself.

Hi,

Thanks for the link.

It worked using loadkmap command and adding it to the /opt/bootlocal.sh

Thanks  :)
