Change log for 2.11.2

* Updated tce-setdrive to exclude cdrom and dvd.
* Updated mktclocal to exclude cdrom and dvd.
* Updated usbinstall moved bzImage and tinycore.gz/microcore.gz to /boot
* Fixed various typos and other small tweaks and adjustments
* Removed unused .webdata* from /etc/skel
