Since FLWM and Wbar are part of Tiny Core and Tiny Core v3.0 is still in alpha, the latest versions are available http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/tinycorelinux/3.x/release_candidates/microcore/

Good point, I believe I was looking into the extensions in the 3.x repository. Which is not that meaningful from a MC point of view.

Judging by the time stamps of those files they got copied probably from the 2.x repository and have not been changed since.
