Chromium SSL/HTTPS not working
« on: May 09, 2010, 02:15:39 PM »
It appears that Chromium does not work with SSL/HTTPS sites. Example is https://docs.google.com. It gets certificate error.
For comparison, other browsers appear to work.
This issue is critical. I hope there is a fix for it, because otherwise Chromium is quite good...

Strange...Today I tried again and SSL worked! Anyone fixed it?
If so I greatly appreciate. Chromium is best...
Just a question: This version of Chromium has PDF printing. Google Chrome does not. Sounds like the code is different?

chrome for linux has pdf print too, you are probably talking about chrome for windows
and pdf print is a gtk+ feature, you can print to pdf file with different gtk+ applications (i.e. firefox, leafpad, gedit ...)
