installing local app does not update onboot.lst
« on: April 29, 2010, 06:54:28 PM »

When installing applications from one of the servers via <connect> adds the application to onboot.lst, but installing apps via <local> does not.

Have I forgot to add something to one of the tce.* files, or is this a bug?

It is by design. If eveytime you loaded anything it added to the onboot.lst there would be no point in having such a list.

If you change your mind and desire a local extension to be loaded upon evey boot then use the Apps Audit OnBoot Maintenance.

Basically load local is for rarely used or just testing/sampling extensions.
