Loading extensions with tce-load
« on: June 28, 2010, 01:46:32 PM »
I'm using:    tce-load -wi <extension.tcz>
to load my extensions in a script, but I do'nt get a GUI button on my Desktop Widget.,
and I can't run some of the extensions after running the tce-load command.

nano.tcz loads-up OK and can be run from the command line (w/o a GUI Button),
but isomaster does not load up and produces no GUI Button on the widget.

Is there a special Gui (runlevel 4) refresh command or is there an extension reload command I can use to display the GUI Buttons?

Thanks

If there's no icon, either there isn't meant to be one, or there's a bug in the extension.
The only barriers that can stop you are the ones you create yourself.
