openmotif + citrix
« on: January 28, 2010, 10:45:56 PM »
I built openmotif v2.3.2 and have it packaged up as an extension. I haven't submitted it because I haven't been able to get the citrix ica client v11 to run yet. I keep getting seg faults when running wfcmgr and/or wfica. The only error messages I see are in dmesg, they are errors in unicode and iso8859-1. So I assume this is a problem with fonts.

Does anyone have any suggestions on getting this to run properly?
Has anyone been able to get the citrix ica client v11 to run in TC?

Glibc-gconv might be worth a try, it contains the support for converting between charsets.

I tried using glibc-gconv but that didn't help. I tried to trace the problem using gdb but haven't found anything yet.

I don't think this is a problem with motif though, but I would like to make sure.

I just submitted openmotif. It works with the most recent version of the citrix ICA Client (11.100.158406). The deps to run the ICA Client will be: openmotif-lib, libcap, libxp, Xlibs_support, and their deps.
