Renice tweak Tiny Core?

I was wondering, if I renice all processes to higher priority, did that make Tiny Core faster.
I tried:
renice -n 19 -n tc
renice -n 10 -n root
And then, I felt like Opera 9.64 browser works faster.
Could someone confirm my observation?

Unless you browse as root, making the browser (and other user tc's processes) a lower priority than root's processes should've had the opposite effect.
