Inkscape (full :))

I wanted to finish up the full Inkscape too, for comparison. Not only does it have several deps more, the base size is up from 468kb -> 8mb. TCE and TCZ available; but tcz users need to get gtkmm.tcel on their own.

                smaller Inkscape Lite is recommended.
