Suggestion for v3 - dep and md5 names

I suggest the dep and md5 names for version 3 could be shortened.

For example:

leafpad.tcz.dep could be leafpad.dep

leafpad.tcz.md5.txt could be leafpad.md5

Any reason for excluding .list and .info files from this new naming pattern?

Not excluding them.

I just explained briefly. I figured they would include them as well.
