I am getting this error:
missing X11/extensions/Print.h

Edit: or is this more of a bug with libxp-dev?

I don't see any headers in the libxp extension, probably the issue.  I will check into it tonight.

Xprint was deprecated in Xorg 7.4, so it isn't included in the Xorg* extensions.
