automatic user (tc) and security (root) passwords persistence

I like the new "user" and existing "security" boot codes. They work great.

I wonder if the shadow files should be automatically placed in the backup file list if the user and/or security boot codes are used. It would be good to have an automatic way to establish password persistence.
