Change log for Tiny Core v1.1rc2

* New mount command to better support PPI (persistent /usr/local/)
* Changed user nobody to 65534 (second try)
* Added "user" to F3 boot screen
* Added relatime for ext2/ext3 in /etc/fstab (rebuildfstab)
* Fixed "resume" option bug in tc-config (still unofficial, ready for further testing)
* Added exec to .jwmrc and .wbar to eliminate extra shell.
* Added busybox cpio.

Please grab the updated wbar from ibiblio. Source is already updated, size is only some bytes more.
