Double entries on pop-up menu

Somehow I have managed to get double entries for many of the items on my pop-up menu. E.g.,

Control Panel
Control_Panel
Refresh Menu
Refresh_Menu

The same kinds of double entries occur in the Tools submenu.

This probably happened when I shifted from 2.3 to 2.5 and then back to 2.3 again. (I had some problems with 2.5 when certain extensions couldn't find some dependencies.)

Is there an easy way for me to edit out the duplicate menu items?

You are using the wrong version .xfiletool.lst
The last line should be:
home/tc/.wmx

Since I have a persistent home, I actually need to edit /home/tc/.wmx -- but that's where the double entries were located. I looked everywhere else!
