What's the trick to getting an application icon to automagically appear in wbar when an extension is loaded?

Hi andyj
If the extension is expected to have an icon, it is handled by that extensions  .desktop  file which would be found
under  /usr/local/share/applications/

I had to rename the googleearth.desktop file to match the extension name I used, "google-earth-6". Now on to GE7.
