libgs-8.70

[Juanito]

This extension has been compiled as a test to see what advantages might be brought by compiling the lib with the default options, rather than just "--with-drivers=PS" as in the case of the existing libgs extension. This has been tested with the new gsview extension and works without the gsfonts extension.

Note:
1. If gs-8.70 is not present, libgs-8.70 will create a symlink gs -> gsc, which should allow the foomatic-rip extension to work. Note that the gs_common-8.70 extension might also be required.
2. Do not use this extension together with the libgs extension - use either one or the other.
