Python 2.6.3 released

Python 2.6.3 just released, see quote from http://python.org/download/releases/2.6.3/

Python 2.6 is now in bugfix-only mode; no new features are being added. Somewhere near 100 bugs have been fixed since the release of Python 2.6.2.

I think moving from 2.6.2 to 2.6.3 require recompilation of Python only, all other related 2.6.2 extensions can be kept. It is not urgent, just a standard maintenance routine.
