I need a dir of my tce to be owned by tc instead of root

I've tryied to change the permissions in the startup file on tce.installed but nothing ???

Need more information. If using fat, sorry, fat does not support *nix permissions.

I didn't say I'm using fat, the extension I'm trying to make, writes a dir in home, whish is in ram.
FAt is on my pendrive and also there I have problem, cause I cannot umount the pen even I have core2ram and tcz2ram
