I've tryied to change the permissions in the startup file on tce.installed but nothing

Need more information. If using fat, sorry, fat does not support *nix permissions.

I didn't say I'm using fat, the extension I'm trying to make, writes a dir in home, whish is in ram.
FAt is on my pendrive and also there I have problem, cause I cannot umount the pen even I have core2ram and tcz2ram
