Sound drivers not loaded when added to bootlocal.sh
« on: September 28, 2009, 09:28:09 AM »
I added to bootlocal.sh the following line:
/usr/local/etc/init.d/alsasound start

After rebooting sound is not working. When I type this line (/usr/local/etc/init.d/alsasound start
) in root shell, sound is working.

Does anybody know why adding lines to bootlocal.sh does not work?

I tried to remove the line /usr/local/etc/init.d/alsasound start from bootlocal.sh, but sound drivers don't start after booting tinycore  :(

I put the alsasound start command in my bootlocal.sh a while ago. Before that I always had to enter it in a shell. Not sure though if latest version of TCL autostarts it.
