Dear forum Tiny

I'm new of Linux's world and I'm Sorry if I did not find info about:
1. Things to do after install
2. I tried link Tiny Core Plus notebook with USB cable for hotspot internet by smartphone but I can not connect (I'm writing with smartphone)
3. I'd like set the keyboard in italian

I hope that you can help me with links, etc.

🥳
I’ve finally found a truly fast operating system for my lumbering, elephantine mechanical hard drive—a relic from the distant Windows 8 era—and I really hope I’ll be able to use it for my basic web-browsing and printing tasks.

(😔I wanted to find the section for introducing myself, but I couldn't find it.)

Hi,
I may "partly" be able to help:

1/ nothing, just start using. You however need to be familiar with linux.
If your using the GUI knowing linux is less essential but it sure helps to understand what's happening.
Also understand: yes, its razor fast,.. but its also very minimal.
The "minimal" is a feature, not a bug. Tinycore is intended to be incredibly lightweight, running smooth on older hardware, and "extend where needed".

With that said...

I think 1st step is to connect to internet via ethernet cable, that almost certainly will work. It will allow you to load additional drivers/software that you need.
For additional help... Over last 6 month I'm diagnosing a nasty issue. I have found it extremely helpful to use AI. Not to push you away,... It's just my experience.
Just using the AI tab in google search is extremely helpful. In addition I'm using chatgpt and Claude (free versions) for more difficult issues. Be sure to keep thinking for yourself. AI tends to be extremely good in syntax and "fast access to all knowledge of the world" but it can be a bit stupid in creating an efficient exploration path.

So... I literally typed "tinycore internet over usb" in google and looked into the AI-tab response.
1 of the responses is:
driver may be missing, load driver with: tce-load -wi net-usb-KERNEL.tcz (KERNEL being the version you are running)
I did not test that but it makes an enormous amount of sense.
You will need internet access by ethernet cable to get it (alternatively you can download it with other device and put on your system with usb or alike but that is quite a search to get the right download location)

3/ no idea about the keyboard

1... reprise/ well...... 1 good thing to do is to read the codebook: (book tab on homepage)
"not to push you away"... but I'm diagnosing a difficult issue so I have
