I tried to compile this, but get a lot of errors.

Here is instruction how to compile hv web broser. I wasn't able to compile tkhtml or hv3. Maybe because tk8.6-dev.tcz and tk9.0-dev.tcz are too old.

You can compile tkhtml3 like this:

cd tkhtml3

mkdir build
cd build
