Wiki is temporarily offline

I had to take the wiki offline, It was dragging the system performance down.  I'll investigate further when I get more time.

Wiki should be back and online.   These bots are out of control.  They were triggering a php error that was a configuration problem.   I fixed the config problem, see how long it takes for the bots to come back.
