Tiny Core Base > Raspberry Pi
Apache Guacamole working poorly
MrPorcine:
I've done a few more experiments, all to no avail. I moved x11vnc from an extension to being loaded with picore base. No difference.
I found the kernel config file for picore16 and for the Debian disto that works. Although the Debian is someing like 16.63 and the piCore is 16.25, as far as I can see there are no differences that affect memory or other resorces. Mostly it's diffences in drivers.
Jave (jre) versions are the same.
Using wireshark I find that normal updates from Guacamole to the client happen about every 200ms. The disconnect is only 300ms after the last successful update. So it's not a guacd timeout issue.
I'm still scratching my head. Maybe I'll try to move X11 from an extension to being part of picore base. There are a ton of dependencies, so maybe this will make a difference. If anyone can suggest a way forward I'm all ears.
