xfce4 on piCore64

A basic xfce4 desktop is available on piCore64 16.x

Load the Xorg-3d and xfce4-session extensions and issue the "startx" command.

It should also be possible to use "dbus-launch --exit-with-x11 startxfce4" (I haven't tried).

It is also possible to run xfce4 with labwc in a wayland session with "sudo -- seatd -g staff -n /run/seatd.sock & XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=/run/user/1001 startxfce4 --wayland"

Apparently the xfce people are going to create their own wayland compositor, xfwl4.
