How can I add support for a specific language?

Before I start editing, I should probably add language support... But the problem is, even the neural network didn't help much... I'd say it helped less than half, either, because it would name packages incorrectly or something else. I've stopped asking now; Tiny Core Linux isn't used much in our segment, so maybe someone could explain?... So, as I understand it, to add language support... :'(
