correction needed to gupnp-igd16-dev.tcz.dep in x86_64 repo

The file should be corrected to this:

EDIT: I only checked the TCL16 x86_64 repo. Please take a look in the TCL16 x86 repo to see if the same correction is needed.

TC16 x86 does not have gupnp-igd16-dev.tcz.dep or gupnp-igd16-dev.tcz.
It does have gupnp-igd-dev.tcz.dep which contains:

Hi, Rich. gupnp-igd16-dev.tcz.dep is still incorrect (different mistake now): It contains gupnp16-igd16.tcz which is incorrect. It should be gupnp-igd16.tcz

These extensions have Klingon names ;D
