wpa_supplicant-dbus: wpa3-sae support in x86 version

Hi Juanito. I noticed in  wpa_supplicant-dbus.tcz.info  (TCL16 x86) that you've been maintaining this extension.

I'd like to request that this extension be rebuilt or updated and, in the process, for wpa3-sae support (CONFIG_SAE=y) to be added. If extension is updated rather than simply rebuilt, there are some backward-compatibility patches (allow-tlsv1.patch and wpa_passphrase_redirect.patch) that should be applied.

What do you think? If you're not against it, would you like to tackle this rebuild/update or should I?

P.S. My main motivation here is to simplify maintenance of  wifi-manager.tcz  , which consists only of shell scripts but currently needs separate versions for x86 and x86_64 because of the discrepancy in wpa3 support.

I’m going to be busy for the nex couple of weeks so please go ahead.

Hi Juanito. I tried updating the extension but it seems  libnl.tcz  and  libnl-dev.tcz  are too old (compile-time errors saying that "NLA_S8 is undeclared (first use in this function)").

It seems we have at least 3 options:
 1. Would you have time to update libnl for x86 soon? Then I could update wpa_supplicant-dbus to 2.11
 2. I just rebuild wpa_supplicant-dbus version 2.10 with wpa3 support
 3. I postpone updating wpa_supplicant-dbus for x86 until you have time to update libnl

Just let me know.

Juanito:
libnl updated

Thanks, Juanito.

I just finished submitting:
1. wpa_supplicant-dbus update for x86 (version 2.11 with wpa3 support and backward-compatibility patches)
2. wifi-manager update for x86 and x86_64 (identical extension for both architectures--mission accomplished!)
